Hosting:

Hosting includes all aspects of web related services. These include domain name registration; email hosting, website hosting, search engine submission, web log analysis and off site backup.

We will not limit our hosting service to clients whose site we design, all services are available on an ala-cart basis. We would prefer clients use us for all aspects of hosting from concept through design and implementation, however many companies begin the process on their own, only to find they need a more reliable or professional service to take care of them.

Domain name registration:

Is offered as a service to our customers, not a money maker. RHEMA Information Services registers domains for $15.00 per year. Most clients pay domain registration three to five years at a time and many customers purchase as many as eight domain names per website allowing for multiple spelling options. Email Hosting:

Hosting is a service for individuals, groups or businesses who register a domain name only for the purpose of using the email addresses. RHEMA Information Services offers unlimited email accounts for $10 per month. Very few companies require this service, but those who do generally convert to website hosting within a year or two.

Website Hosting:

Is offered for various sizes of clients. The servers are all Unix/Linux based running RedHat Apache software. These are robust industrial servers already preconfigured for PHP, SQL, Perl and CGI; the most important database and scripting programs used in website hosting. Hosting includes a shopping cart option, which allows even a novice the opportunity to create a working online store. However users will find that creating a truly professional looking store still requires assistance. RHEMA Information Services offers business hosting at $150.00 per year. Larger capacity and higher bandwidth hosting options exist for clients with special needs.

Search engine submission:

Ensures the major search engines such as Google and Yahoo are made aware of a client's website. We stay current with all aspects of this process and write our own scripts to attract the search engines to a client's website for a fee.

Web Log Analysis:

Is an important client education factor. Raw data logs are kept on the servers and are available to view from the client's domain control panel, but in their raw form they can be very confusing. We have written a script that clarifies the important information contained in the log files in a very clear and concise manner. For a fee a hosting client can order emailed copies of this information weekly or monthly along with a detailed explanation of the information. Contained in the report is where website visitors came from, how they found the website. If they came from a search engine, the report includes the search term that was used. The information included in the report is important information for any website owner.
