contracted services to encrypt and backup client date
to a remote server vault, insuring data security and availability
at a very reasonable cost. Backup data is double-password
protected for added security.
Archiving:
Many companies amass large amounts
of data annually and must purge servers of old data after
only a year or two due to server performance. These data
disks are often stored off site for security purposes,
in conditions that are not conducive to long term data
storage. Each time plans, drawings or other data are needed,
somebody must travel off site, collect the correct disk
or disks to retrieve the information, then return the
disk(s) off site.
Remote Archiving from Rhema Information Services allows files to be stored offsite and retrieved as
needed without leaving the office. Data archived on our
remote servers are secure and safe. Archived files are
also backed up daily, so there are no surprise losses
of data. Remote archiving eliminates time wasted retrieving
information as well as the potential mishandling that
can result in drive failure or data loss.
